These terms cover your use of this website, socey.in, operated by Go 4 IT Private Limited (“Socey”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this site or submitting the demo request form, you agree to them. They don't cover use of the Socey product itself once a society is onboarded — that's governed by a separate agreement between Socey and that society.
Using this site
This site is here to explain what Socey does and let prospective societies request a demo. You agree not to misuse it — no scraping, no attempts to disrupt the site or the form, and no submitting the demo request form with false information or on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, and “Socey” name and logo on this site belong to Go 4 IT Private Limited. You're welcome to share links to it, but please don't copy or republish the content elsewhere without asking us first.
No warranty
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but it's provided “as is” without any guarantee that it's error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing here is a substitute for the actual agreement you'd sign when onboarding your society — that document takes precedence over anything described on this site.
Third-party links
This site links out to WhatsApp and embeds a Google Maps view on the Contact page. Once you leave for either of those, their own terms and privacy policies apply — we're not responsible for them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally as the site changes; the date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute falls under the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
