This page describes how Go 4 IT Private Limited (“Socey”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website, socey.in. It does not cover the Socey product itself, which each society's residents and committee use under their own society's subdomain — that usage is governed by the agreement between Socey and that society.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the “Request a demo” form: your name, phone number, and society name, and optionally your email, city, unit count, and any message you add. We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't collect anything if you just browse the pages.
How we use it
Submitting the form stores your details securely and sends a one-time notification to our own inbox (contact@socey.in) so someone can get in touch about a demo. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to set your society up on Socey — never for advertising, and never sold or rented to anyone else.
Third parties this site talks to
The Contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our office and links out to WhatsApp for direct messaging — both are Google's and WhatsApp's own services, governed by their own privacy policies, and we don't share your form submissions with either. The site itself is hosted on Vercel; form submissions are stored in a database we control.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email contact@socey.in and we'll action it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle data on this site changes, we'll update this page and the date above. We'd encourage checking back occasionally if you've submitted the form.
